What is BuildExchange?
BuildExchange is designed to open Israel's execution market to broad local and international competition, offering a new way to procure construction, development and infrastructure services.
The central objective is significant reduction of construction and execution costs in general, and of finishing costs in particular, alongside significant shortening of execution duration.
BuildExchange is not another contractor directory and is not a manpower-import platform. It is designed to create a market where developers, project owners and institutional stakeholders can put a project or execution package up for competition among complete execution companies, both local and international.
The developer does not buy workers. The developer buys execution.
Instead of importing workers, bring the entire execution company
Under the BuildExchange model, an international company can propose arriving at a project as an independent, organized execution operation. For major projects, in practical terms, the entire company can "board the ship" with management, engineers, execution teams, equipment, logistics and a complete operational setup.
For smaller projects, there is no need to bring the entire operation. The company can assemble a project-specific execution team tailored to the scope of work, required trades and schedule.
The goal is not to bring "working hands" and leave the developer to assemble an execution system around them. The goal is to bring execution capability, and the workers are employees of the executing company.

Materials, Finishes and Supply Chain
An execution company may also include supply and installation of components and materials sourced from abroad or from its international supply chain. A proposal may be: Build, Supply + Install, or even Manufacture + Ship + Install + Complete.
Project Rescue
BuildExchange is also designed for stalled or distressed projects. A project in which the contractor has failed, been replaced, financing disrupted, work stopped or urgent completion required can become a Project Rescue Opportunity.
