Simple, Transparent Pricing

Two types of costs, fully transparent: a monthly subscription for smart platform tools, and transaction fees that apply only when a deal is closed through the Exchange.

Smart Tools Subscription

Monthly subscription for access to BuildExchange intelligent tools: bid risk analysis, price comparison, regulatory checklists, scope extraction, market intelligence, and more. The subscription covers platform tools only and is separate from transaction fees.

Transaction Fees

Transaction fees are separate from the subscription and apply only when a deal is successfully closed through the Exchange. These fees are agreed in advance via a Fee Agreement and may be payable by the Opportunity Owner, the Winning Bidder, or both. No deal closed through the Exchange means no transaction fee.

Success Fee (Opportunity Owner)

Payable by the Opportunity Owner when a qualifying transaction closes through the Exchange. Triggered by award, letter of intent, or contract signing.

Success Fee (Winning Bidder)

Payable by the Winning Bidder when their bid is selected and a deal closes through the Exchange. Agreed in advance via a Fee Agreement.

Setup and Service Fees

Tender setup, managed tender services, project rescue, and due diligence fees. Applied per engagement and defined in individual commercial agreements.

Transaction fee amounts, calculation methods (fixed, percentage, tiered), and exact terms are defined in individual Fee Agreements and are subject to the Terms of Use, including the anti-circumvention framework. Subscription fees do not replace transaction fees and vice versa.
